Entry 5: Cracked Face

Today I learnt how to put a crack on a person's face with this video, <https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=yeC-Dqg6DKc>. I learnt new techniques such as warping and short cuts for a specific command. For this exercise, I chose to use a cosplayer that cosplayed as Ciel, one of my favourite anime characters to add a crack onto. I was inspired by the Black Swan poster to create this piece. I had trouble in getting rid of unneeded/unwanted parts without making the whole piece look unnatural and uneven, but that was fixed with the help of the warping and masking tools. I really enjoyed making this and I would like to use similar techniques for my movie poster.
