Entry 24- Bathroom

I finally started working again on my bathroom scene, where I gave up last time because of his head.

Since I already had a head, this time, I just transferred the coloured head into the document, and placed it where it should be, just above the neck. I then coloured in my mirrored protagonist with the same colour scheme that I used for the protagonist. I was wondering whether I should draw the mirrored backgrounds or not, but I realised that that would take too much time, so I did not.

I was wondering what I should place inside the cabinet. I knew that I needed sleeping pills, but I didn't know what else to put in a male bathroom cabinet. I decided that a tissue box, random skin care products and the sleeping pills would suffice. After drawing those, my computer, for some reason, decided to crash, and since I didn't have enough time to draw all the intricate details again, I only drew the sleeping pills this time.

Since I had to move the arm and the mirror at the same time to reveal the sleeping pills, I put everything that was related to the mirror and the arm into a folder named everything. I saved an image of this as Bathroomdude1. After that, I used the transform tool and moved the folder to the left a little bit. I then erased the protagonists body that was out of the mirror frame. I then saved this as a jpg file called Bathroomdude2. I repeated this step until the Sleep pills were revealed.

I drew the inner bath tub. I didn't draw the sketch and went straight into the line art. I filled the colours in with a fill bucket tool with the same colours that I used for the full bathroom. Since I didn't have the time to draw the protagonists legs and all, I just made the water seem dense, and non-transparent.

That's all that I've done this lesson.
